Autumn Ford, Social Impact Strategist
Autumn finds great pleasure in being a helping hand in the success of any organization she works with, and always strives to make sure that no voice gets lost in a crowd. Prior to WNT, Autumn worked at Luminosa Research as a Research Consultant where she spent most of her time analyzing data, writing reports and assisting in meeting and focus groups. She received her master's in applied sociology from Texas State University in 2022. Throughout her time there she focused her studies on quantitative research, policy, and education and early childhood development. It was also during this time when Autumn was awarded an internship in Equity in Research, Evaluation and Policy Analysis at Luminosa Research.
With five years of service industry experience, she's no stranger to working with people. Working with such a diverse group during her service industry years has helped Autumn become a better collaborator and communicator. Autumn is passionate about using her combined skillset to come up with effective solutions to any task at hand, and is excited to be joining a team that will allow her to combine those skills and her social interests. When she's not working or binge watching her favorite reality TV shows, Autumn enjoys staying fit and active, cooking (or finding the best places to eat out at) and having game nights with friends.
